We are located just outside of Barrie, Ontario in the hamlet of Utopia. 

We are happy to provide shop visits at any time for viewing current inventory. You can also preview inventory online at www.generationaldesign.ca/shop and in our Etsy shop at www.etsy.com/ca/shop/GenerationalDesignCo. We may be doing the odd artisan show in the future, but will post details if we are doing so. 

Absolutely! We offer a lifetime guarantee on the manufacturing of the clock, including the wood, metal and finish. The clock mechanism carries a one year manufacturer's warranty. We are always more than happy to help with any questions or concerns!

With a whole lotta love. After coming up with the design idea in 2016, we have spent the last four years fine tuning our processes to bring you the best quality possible. From sourcing wood and metal suppliers, testing out clock hardware, fabricating and implementing proprietary methods, investing in new machinery, tens of thousands of hours (and dollars) have been invested!  

Yes! Our current portfolio includes over 1000 combinations of diameters, wood species, number styles, clock hands, epoxy, etc. If you have seen a combo previously on our social media or website and it's no longer in stock, reach out and we will make you a custom piece. Turnaround time entirely depends on what you are interested in. For example, rarity of the wood and epoxy work can extend the timeline. A 10% fee is applicable for all custom orders. 

Corporate and personal. Need a logo engraved? We can do that/ Epoxy filled logo? Sure! Engagements, weddings, housewarming, graduation - any personalization is possible. Reach out to discuss your ideas! 

We try to keep our prices as fair as possible, doing our part to keep costs low through efficiencies which is in turn passed on to you. Materials have seen sharp increases this last year, and we have kept our prices the same. These clocks are a serious labour of love and the time invested in each one is great. Once in a while, free shipping or a small discount on clocks that have been hanging with us for too long are offered.
